Shipping Returns Policy

Acceptable Returns & Exchanges

Valaurum’s return policy is limited to (5) business days after the date on which you receive the ordered Products. If you desire to return a Product, you must notify Valaurum’s Customer Service Department via telephone at 503-451-6801 or by email at customerservice@valaurum.com within (3) business days after the date on which you receive the Product and follow the instructions provided to you at that time. Returned Products must be received by Valaurum in the same condition in which they were originally shipped by Valaurum. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You are fully responsible for all taxes, as well as return shipping costs, including insuring your return shipment. Valaurum may reject any returned Product if you do not comply with the above procedures and requirements. Returns are subject to Valaurum’s Market Loss Policy. Any market gains on refunds, returns, and exchanges shall be the sole and exclusive property of Valaurum.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Any item not in its original condition, not due to shipping errors, and any time that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may be subject to a partial refund. 

SALE ITEMS

Regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Returns

To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@valaurum.com to inquire about eligibility before shipping your Aurum®. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a serial number from your bill (if applicable). Once we have approved your request we will send shipping information and initiate a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
We process returns and refunds as quickly as possible upon receipt. However, if you experience delays with your refund please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, you may experience extended processing time through some payment services.

Exchanges

If your Aurum® arrives damaged we will exchange it for a new undamaged bill of the same design and weight. Send us an email at customerservice@valaurum.com to initiate an exchange. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Returns & Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We also cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
