Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once an order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. 

SHIPPING METHODS

We utilize a variety of carriers, with most orders shipping via USPS.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within (5) days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@valaurum.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 
 

RETURNS 

Thank you for shopping with Valaurum. 

Your satisfaction with product quality is guaranteed on all orders. If you are unsatisfied, you have five (5) days after receipt of shipment to notify our customer service team at 503-451-6801 or email customerservice@valaurum.com of your dissatisfaction. The decision to refund or replace your item will be at the sole discretion of Valaurum, Inc. To print a return shipping label, please email us at customerservice@valaurum.com.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Should you return any item to us, you are required to pay the return shipping and product value losses, if any. All items returned must be shipped in our original packaging and include the original packing slip to be accepted. In the case of a request for an exchange, Valaurum expressly reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to find an acceptable replacement or refund your money should an acceptable replacement be unavailable.

Valaurum, Inc. only accepts returns on Aurum® purchased directly from our website. Aurum® purchased with our retail partners should be returned via their websites.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

PARTIAL REFUNDS

Any item not in its original condition, not due to shipping errors, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery may be subject to a partial refund.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

We process returns and refunds as quickly as possible upon receipt. However, if you experience delays with your refund, please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, and you may experience extended processing time through some payment services.

EXCHANGES

If your Aurum® arrives damaged, we will exchange it for a new, undamaged bill of the same design and weight. Please send us an email at customerservice@valaurum.com to intimate an exchange. Exchanges must be requested within five (5) days of purchase.

SHIPPING RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We also cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping FAQs

Orders shipped after business hours or on weekends are received by the carrier on the following business day. The tracking number will be provided via email to you upon the date of shipment. Once received, it may take 1-2 business days for your tracking number to become active. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and could be missed due to weather, grounded flights, or other unforeseen delays.

When mailing valuable precious metals, discretion and protection are essential. The products you order are securely placed in a black envelope, then placed in a shipping parcel and sent out for delivery. 

Please note: Our return address and packaging do not indicate the valuable contents of the package, so you can be assured that your packages will arrive safe and sound. 

Valaurum orders are shipped Registered/Insured USPS. Each package is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery. Packages can take, on average, 1-10 business days for delivery. The tracking number will be provided via email to you upon the date of shipment.

If your order was delivered with no signs of being tampered with but appears to be incomplete or missing product, please contact us within five (5) days of receipt.

 

We recommend that you refuse any shipment that appears damaged or tampered with, as the shipping insurance ends once signed for and/or delivered. When refused, the package(s) will be returned to Valaurum for inspection. If you have taken possession of a damaged or tampered package, please save all packaging and contact Valaurum at 503-451-6801 or customerservice@valaurum.com within 72 hours for further instructions. Please notify us of damage or tampering within 72 hours from the signature or delivery date to ensure our ability to cover your claim.

Yes, orders shipped registered and insured U.S. mail can be sent to a P.O. Box. If a different shipping method is used, you must specify a street address for shipment. A signature is required upon delivery of your package.

We see very few delivery issues with our carriers, but delays sometimes occur. In those situations, we appreciate your patience in waiting a little longer for your package (at least 10 business days) before contacting us. Should the package not arrive, an investigation of the shipment is required before any order is reshipped or refunded. Please file a police report if it appears the loss is due to theft or tampering. Your assistance speeds up the investigation, and the sooner we complete it, the sooner we can resolve the missing order.

Yes, due to the value of our products, a signature is required for all deliveries.
