Acceptable Returns & Exchanges

Our refund and returns policy includes items purchased within the last 30 days. Each returned Aurum® must be received by Valaurum, Inc. with all original packaging in the same condition that you received it in. If your Aurum® or packaging arrived damaged we may require a photo showing the damage before approving a return or exchange. 

Valaurum, Inc. only accepts returns on Aurum® purchased directly from our website. Aurum® purchased with our retail partners should be returned via their websites.

Any item not in its original condition, not due to shipping errors. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


To initiate a return, contact us at to inquire about eligibility before shipping your Aurum®. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a serial number from your bill (if applicable). Once we have approved your request we will send shipping information and initiate a refund or exchange.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

We process returns and refunds as quickly as possible upon receipt. However, if you experience delays with your refund please first check your bank account and contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, you may experience extended processing time through some payment services.

If your Aurum® arrives damaged we will exchange it for a new undamaged bill of the same design and weight. Send us an email at to initiate an exchange. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Returns & Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We also cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
